The colours are

red = rouge

orange = orange (but not pronounced the same way of course!)

yellow = jaune

green = vert

blue = bleu

pink = rose

black = noir

white = blanc

1 o’clock is “Il est une heure”.   The others are just the French numbers with  ”Il est…” in front of them and “heures” at the end.   There’s only one that’s different, can you tell which?
